100-acre working organic farm offers three types of lodging opportunities. Our gracious 1774 Colonial home offers three elegant guest rooms with private baths and decadent homemade breakfasts using our own pastured organic eggs, produce, fruits, herbs and edible flowers raised right here on the farm. Our self-sufficient three bedroom cottages and vacation farmhouse offer independence and flexibility for families, larger groups and extended stays. Stroll the extensive gardens, collect your own eggs, visit the farm animals, help with the chores or just relax in the tranquil surroundings.

Heading North on Interstate 91:
Take 91 North to exit 5 in Vermont (Westminster/Bellows Falls). Follow the ramp to the right and continue to the T. Take a right at the T onto Route 5 south. Travel @ 7/10 mile, then take a left after the Westminster Station Market and travel down the hill and through the underpass (sign will say East 123/ Walpole). Travel over the Connecticut River and into NH. Take a Right at the T onto Rt. 12 South and travel @ 4.4 miles to Black Jack Crossing (watch for a blue NHDOT sign for the Inn at Valley Farms which is located @ .2 miles before Black Jack Crossing and a large wooden lighted sign for Bensonwood Homes at the beginning of Black Jack Crossing). Take a left onto Black Jack Crossing and follow to the end (the road takes a sharp right turn then bear left at the fork. The road in total is 1 mile long). At the end of Black Jack Crossing, take a left onto Wentworth Road. The main entrance for the Inn at Valley Farms is the second driveway on your right @ ½ mile from Black Jack Crossing. Take Airport Road to Brown Avenue. Turn left onto Interstate 293 North toward Nashua/Bedford. I-293 becomes 101 West. Take Route 101 West to Keene. One of our guests' favorite and most requested breakfast item is popovers. We always cook with as many of our own or locally grown, minimally processed foods as possible. Our motto when cooking is "simple and fresh" so our breakfast menu always revolves around what's fresh and in-season. Popovers are one of those simple yet decadent treats that lend themselves perfectly to other fresh foods such as creamy scrambled eggs using our own pastured organic eggs, herbs and local cheeses and our own fresh fruit preserves made from the amazing bounty around us.

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (We cannot accept guests' pets)
- Children are welcome (Cottages and farmhouse all ages, Inn over 12)
- Limitations on childcare (Happily arranged with prior notice)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (wine and drink glasses and wine opener available)
- Deposit amount required (A deposit of one night’s lodging is required for reservations of one or two nights. For longer stays, a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required.)
- Check in time is After 3pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a revised reservation or cancellation. Your deposit will be refunded in full (less a $25 processing fee) if you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your expected arrival date or 60 days for reservations of six days or longer. Should you need to cancel within that period, we will refund your deposit, less a $35 fee per room, per night. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your expected arrival date will be charged in full unless we are able to re-rent your room. A minimum cancellation fee of $25 per reserved room applies to cancellations at any time, for any reason. - Accepted by the following agencies:
