    Dexter's Inn has a beautiful location on top of a hill overlooking the lake. The grounds are lovely and there are trails through the woods for walking. The gardens are really pretty too. The service was excellent. John was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was large, comfortable and clean. We just wish we had time to enjoy another night on our tour of New England.

    i was very impressed by all the things that were readily available to us. from tennis to badmittion to hiking,swimming,suffleboard.horseshoes to a very nice game room. excellent food,and service

    We greatly enjoyed our stay. John and his crew are terrific hosts and there are ample opportunities just to sit back and relax in a beautiful setting. Breakfast is terrific.

    I was not disappointed - at all. A perfectly lovely location, comfortable room, excellent breakfasts to begin each day - I recommend the fantastic blueberry pancakes. Just the right amount of activities-nice pool, tennis, and playing shuffelboard is great fun. Many trails to hike. A perfect vacation for our family of 12 to relax and loosen -up and have fun together. Leigh J. Luedtke

    My family had a family vaca at Dexter's Inn this past week. It was perfect for all ages. The kids and adults played tennis, croquet, shuffleboard. The breakfasts are divine. Order the blueberry pancakes if you're there when Blueberries are in season. John, the innkeeper is extremely accomodating. Beautiful grounds. I may go back this winter for cross country skiing!
