Dexter’s Inn is a special country resort-inn, blessed with an idyllic setting on a 20-acre estate, in the lovely and unhurried Lake Sunapee region. Our hilltop location, which features magnificent views of Mount Sunapee, Mount Kearsarge, and the surrounding countryside, provides a private, peaceful and relaxing backdrop for your visit. In addition to our award-winning location, we are known for our many on-site amenities which include three tennis courts, swimming pool, walking trails, lawn games, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, game room, and library. We are only minutes from the Mount Sunapee ski area, three golf courses and Lake Sunapee, which offers fishing, boating and swimming. Shopping and cultural activities are also available nearby. We are conveniently located just 90 miles from Boston, 30 miles from Dartmouth College and 10 miles from Colby-Sawyer College.

North on I-89 from Boston, MA to exit 12. Then left on rte 11 for 5.5 miles to left onto Winn Hill Road and then 2.0 miles to inn. From I-91 north from Brattleboro,VT get off at exit 8 and go east to Claremont,N.H. Take rte 103/11 to Newport and on the eastern side of Newport rte 103 splits right. Take that for 100 yds and turn left up Young Hill Road for 1.5 miles to the inn. - Nearest major airport: Manchester, NH (MHT) 45 miles

Holly House Cottage is a full 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed. In addition to the two bedrooms there is a "sleeping nook" with two single beds. In addition to the sleeping quarters, there is a full-sized living room, dining room, screened porch, gas fireplace, satellite tv, vcr, private phone line, washer/dryer. The rates are $400 nightly and $2,100 for a week.
