Washington and the Presidentials, the Androscoggin River, and Reflection Pond. At the entrance to the Mt. Washington Valley we are out of the way but close to everything! Policies - Minimum stay required (2-night over weekend, 3-night during holidays and foliage periods)
- Smoking is not allowed (No smoking in B & B or near any open windows!)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (Sorry, in consideration of allergies no pets.)
- Children are welcome (Young children must be supervised by parents)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Responsible drinking permitted - byob)
- Deposit amount required (50% deposit)
- Check in time is 4:00PM or later and Check out time is 11:00AM
- Cancellations:
My guestrooms are few in number so ample notification of cancellation required. If 14 days prior to date of arrival is given a refund of deposit minus $20 fee will be made. If less than 14 days refund minus $20 will be given only if able to re-rent room. If 24 hours or less the deposit is forfeit. The B & B is decorated with many of her photographs and quilts.
