Enjoy warm hospitality in this beautifully appointed Inn with country antiques. Located in a quiet and relaxed setting, within walking distance to Rye beaches and just minutes from all the seacoast has to offer. Each room is individually decorated and beautifully appointed with country or traditional antiques and includes; beach parking, private bath (some with Jacuzzi tub), color cable TV/VCR, clock radios, air-conditioning, queen-size beds (some with canopy top), full gourmet breakfasts,pastries and truffles, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards bath robes, some bedrooms with working fireplace and more. The Inn has spacious common areas with fireplace and screened-in porch for your additional comfort. A full gourmet breakfast is served either on the porch, over-looking the garden and birds, or during cooler months, in the dining room by a roaring fire. The Inn is available to rent in its entirety by the week and includes a full gourmet kitchen during the months of June through Sept. From Rte.95 take exit 3(Portsmouth Hospital Exit) to Rte 33 East. At the top of the ramp turn right onto Rte 33. Follow Rte 33 until you pass cemetary on your right. At traffic light turn right onto Peverley Hill Rd. Follow Peverley Hill Rd. to intersection(traffic light) and cross over (going straight)crossing Rte 1 to Elwyn Rd. Continue to intersection and turn right onto Sagamore Rd. Follow one mile and turn left onto Clark Road. Take right at fork onto Brackett Road. We are 3/10th of a mile on the left. - Nearest major airport: Boston, MA (BOS-Logan Intl.) 48 miles

Baked eggs in a nest of buttery Fillo pastry filled with smoked Gouda cheese, Canadian ham and fresh baby spinach, topped with a homemade Hollandaise sauce, paprika and scallion.
Policies - Minimum stay required (Minimum of 2 nights on weekends and holidays during high months)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (well behaved children are allowed at an appropriate age)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (We will provide any glassware, winecoolers, ice, openers,)
- Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit on all stays are required in advance. One night stays require payment in full in advance. A consideration for last minute reservations, if there is availability.)
- Check in time is 3:00PM and Check out time is 11:00AM
- Cancellations:
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date. All other cancellations will only be refunded if we are able to rent the room(s) to another party for the same time-frame. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all refunds.
