Our Gathering Room, features an antique wood burning stove and a view of our spectacular grounds and gardens. The Library, with a Soapstone topped wood stove, features a computer with high speed internet, TV/VCR/DVD and large overstuffed furniture inviting relaxation after a busy day of skiing, hiking or shopping. We are located about 3.75 miles off of I-93. Take exit 26 to go onto Route 25W. Continue for 3.5 miles to the traffic circle. Take your first "exit" and continue on 25W toward Rumney. We are a short 1/4 miles ahead on the left. - Nearest major airport: Boston, MA (BOS-Logan Intl.) 110 miles

Directions from Logan Airport are the same as the general directions off of I-93.
From Manchester Airport: Start going towards the AIRPORT EXIT on AMMON DR. Continue on PERIMETER RD. Continue on AIRPORT RD. Bear Right on AIRPORT ACCESS RD. Turn Right on BROWN AVE. Turn Left to take the I-293 ramp Merge on I-293. Take the Exit 3 exit Continue on RAMP Merge on I-293 Continue on I-93 North to Exit 26 as in general directions.

- Deposit amount required (50% of stay or at least one night)
- Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
21 day cancellation policy in high season 5/16-10/31
7 day cancellation policy 11/1-5/15
If you cancel within these time periods you are responsible for entire reservation unless we can re-rent the room.
In all cases, there is a $25 cancellation fee per room per night.
