The 1835 Federal House Inn boasts 5 luxury guest rooms offering elegant appointments and amenities. All have queen size beds, with 300 thread count linens, plush towels and robes, cozy sitting areas,a basket of amenities and chocolates on your pillows each and every night!
Our Gathering Room, features an antique wood burning stove and a view of our spectacular grounds and gardens. The Library, with a Soapstone topped wood stove, features a computer with high speed internet, TV/VCR/DVD and large overstuffed furniture inviting relaxation after a busy day of skiing, hiking or shopping. Also access free WiFi throughout the entire house!

From Manchester Airport: Start going towards the AIRPORT EXIT on AMMON DR. Continue on PERIMETER RD. Continue on AIRPORT RD. Bear Right on AIRPORT ACCESS RD. Turn Right on BROWN AVE. Turn Left to take the I-293 ramp Merge on I-293. Take the Exit 3 exit Continue on RAMP Merge on I-293 Continue on I-93 North to Exit 26 as in general directions.

Policies - No minimum stay required

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (Innkeeper's dog makes appearances only by special request.)
- Limitations on children staying
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (50% of stay or at least one night)
- Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
3 day cancellation policy year round. If you cancel within 72 hours of check in you are responsible for entire reservation unless we can re-rent the room.
In all cases, there is a $25 cancellation fee per room per night.
