From time to time, we all find that individuals hold a unique view of any given topic, therefore, I will not attempt to address any issues other than those that are factually erroneous, leaving the rest to a subjective opinion.
We do represent ourselves as offering luxury accommodations and sport 3.5 to 4 stars on sites that choose to rate properties. We do not claim to be furnished with antiques and offer the exact furnishings and interiors represented in our photographs.
I do not know if this guest experienced the property in inclement weather, but we proudly maintain a landscaped property that is visited weekly by landscape professionals. September of 2007 was a particularly excellent growing season in which our flower beds were beautifully populated.
We do not claim to have sidewalks as implied and are less than a mile to closest services. There is a restaurant across the street and the next closest 1 1/2 miles away.
Our parking lot offers ample parking for all and is "free" on the west side of our building. We have never (without exception) even been unable to find a space for a guest, so perhaps their memory of this is in confusion with another experience as their stay was over a year ago.
Lastly, we only use dried (not artificial) floral arrangements in the winter months, so again, I am unsure as to their reference to this.
Thank you for the opportunity to state the facts.
