IF RESERVATION IS CANCELLED MORE THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, FULL REFUND; WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF ARRIVAL, DEPOSIT REFUNDED ONLY IF ROOM IS RESOLD. IN EITHER CASE, A TWENTY DOLLAR SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT. DURING FOLIAGE AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, A FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED 30 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. WITHIN 30 DAYS, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF THE ROOM IS RESOLD. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL INCUR A $35 ADMIN FEE.
