Our dining room can accommodate up to 50 guests. We serve delicious country breakfast where our guests can choose from French toasts with homemade applesauce, pancakes, to wonderful omelets and stuffed croissants.
Our game room is full of toys for small children and board games for older ones, as well as VHS and DVD family movies.
Fall foliage is always magnificent in the Mt Washington Valley
Our backyard and pond under the snow. Snowshoeing is possible from our property.

Cranmore Mountain Lodge is located off the Main Road of North Conway Village, on 8 acres in a quiet residential area,offers tennis, basketball, seasonnal pool, year round outdoor hot tub, pond stocked with rainbow trout, 40+ miles of trails starting from our backyard, picnic tables and barbecue grills. With 19 rooms and family suites, all with private baths, cable TV and phones, A/C and free WIFI, we welcome families with children of all age as well as couples. Our full country breakfast is cooked-to-order and we accommodate special diets (gluten free menu available). Some rooms are dog friendly as well!

This family run B&B is superb. The couple who run this lodge have, with their origins and backgrounds, sense of humor, warm, sensitivity, generosity, kindness and creativity that make our stay there this fall season a superb vacation. The lodge is gorgeous, full of space, and comfortable. The surrounding scenery, especially during the Fall, is so magical and relaxing. I could not help to keep on releasing the shuttle of my camera. I would show my Singaporean friends the beautiful shots I took, and share with them what a wonderful experience we had in this B&B.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights. Even though our room was very small, it was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic!! The Cranmore is in a key location, very near to town and several attractions. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely old inn. It is located on a very quiet street. The only downsides was that room we stayed in was very small, little difficult to manage. I missed having some comfortable chairs although the wouldn't fit in the small room. The shower was extremely small. We had a difficult time working the door key in the old door. The bed, though, was very comfortable and we liked the old furniture. Everything else was just outstanding. Full breakfasts were just excellent, served by a very pleasant young man. The downstairs living rooms and dining room were very comfortable. We did not use the available hottub and pool, but enjoyed walking around the pond and back yard. The mountain brook in the back is so picturesque and lovely. We would certainly come back for another visit.

Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance will be refunded only if we are able to rent to others. If the room remains un-rented, we gladly issue a gift certificate in the value of your deposit, valid for one year. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Cranmore Mountain Lodge. We stayed in Room 7, the "JFK Room", which was nice and bright, with an en suite bathroom and a view of the pool area. One of the main selling points for us in deciding to stay here was the included breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start our mornings in North Conway. The owners were very friendly, and it was refreshing to know that they cared about their business and it reminded us of how important it is to support local businesses like this one (as opposed to staying in a hotel chain). Highly recommended!

The owners are very nice, friendly, welcoming. Well located near many restaurants. The jacuzzi is a big plus. The breakfasts were delicious and the portions generous, a great way to start the day before hikking.

There are 2 buildings on the property. The actual house - with a common living area and game room and the "outhouse". We stayed in the other building. The lodge is close to the North Conway town center. In comparison with other inns/ bed and breakfast in the area this lodge does not boast a great view. Our host, Frederique was very friendly and made sure we felt welcome. The room was clean, and very functional. There was a microwave and small fridge in our room, as well as hairdryers. We enjoyed our stay here and the morning breakfast was very decent as well (they give you a menu from which you get to choose 1 item, they will give you more if you pay extra). They have a hot tub and swimming pool but we never used those facilities.

In North Conway - approaching from the South When you reach North Conway: turn right on Kearsarge Road - this is the traffic light with Horsefeathers Restaurant on the right and a large park and train station on the left. Drive up Kearsarge Road, past the Cranmore Inn, until you reach a "T" intersection at the top of the hill. Turn left and drive straight to Cranmore Mountain Lodge, located 1.2 miles from the "T" intersection. Cranmore Mountain Lodge is on the right side of the road. The street address is 859 Kearsarge Road. In North Conway - approaching from the North From Routes 16/302, turn left onto Hurricane Mountain Road (by the Vista Country Store). Go up the hill one mile to Kearsarge Road. Turn right onto Kearsarge Road. The cranmore Mountain Lodge is located 1/8 mile down the road on the left.
