The Colonial Farm Inn & Restaurant is a full-service country inn located in picturesque New London, in the heart of the beautiful Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire. This Circa 1836 center-chimney colonial offers six beautiful rooms, each with private bath and individual air conditioning/heating controls. A Common room is available to our guests who wish to relax, watch television, select a book to read from our library or shoot a game of pool on our 100 year old solid oak pool table. Our dining room has an incredible ambiance in which to dine on our delicious gourmet American cuisine.

Additionally, you may mail directly to the inn a personal check, money order, or travelers check for 50% of the total room charge within 7 days of booking the room(s) to hold the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less of the reserved date, you will be charged the room rate for 50% of all reserved rooms. In the event of an early departure, you will be responsible for payment for all nights reserved per your original reservation. Emergency cancellations/early departures will be considered on a case by case basis.
