Take I-93 north through Franconia State Park to exit 42 (Littleton). Take route 302 west for about 7 miles and turn right onto Lyman road; you'll see our sign on the right side of 302 just before the right turn. Take Lyman road about 1/3 of a mile and turn left onto Bishop road. Our driveway is 1 mile on the right; Follow driveway to the end. We're on the left.------------

Take I-95 north to I-91 north to exit 17 (Woodsville - Wells River). Take route 302 east about 15 miles to the town of Lisbon. Continue on route 302 for about 2 miles beyond the center of town and turn left on Lyman road; you'll see our sign on the right side of 302 just before the left turn. Take Lyman road about 1/3 of a mile and turn left onto Bishop road. Our driveway is 1 mile on the right; Follow driveway to the end. A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to secure a Reservation.
We guarantee your room by 3pm, and ask that you clear it by 11am. Should you need an early arrival or late departure, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Please note we are a Smoke Free and Pet Free facility.
We do not offer elevators (Our Staff will be happy to help with your bags).

CANCELLATION POLICY :
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be returned less a $25 processing fee per room, if notice is received prior to 7 days (14 days during Holidays & Peak Foliage Season) of reservation date.
