Set amidst hundreds of acres of rolling pasture, the Benjamin Prescott Inn, a 10 room historic B&B, will provide you with a tranquil respite in the Monadnock region.
Our premium suite has a spacious king size bed with two double beds built into the eaves on either side, and a queen size bed built in the eaves of the adjoining living room which contains a kitchenette and balcony.
Above is the spacious Col. Prescott Room, a sunny corner room on the second floor. Enjoy a queen-size bed, ample sitting area, private bath with separate shower, and a view of our next-door antique barn. The room is newly decorated in cozy cranberry. Price ranges from $105-$125, double occupancy.
A full breakfast awaits you in our antique filled country dining room.
In all seasons, there's much to see within a leisurely five minute stroll up nearby Witt Hill Road - even Mount Monadnock, right next to our neighboring silos.

Surrounded by 100's of acres of rolling meadows and woodlands, come enjoy our beautiful views of Mt. Monadnock while listening to the birds or using wireless internet; whatever you choose. We have private en suite baths, antiques and beautiful open views. We are near lake beaches, fishing, kayaking, theater, galleries, downhill and cross-country skiing. Awaken to the smell of fresh coffee and homemade breakfasts (vegan too) tomorrow then walk for miles around the property on trails or hike Mt. Monadnock.

We've been staying here so long that Sue and Charlie are our 4th set of innkeepers. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area. The Lyles have been very accommodating with food allergies and other medical issues. We look forward to our visit every summer.

The Lyles did everything to make us and our other guests feel welcomed. We were in New Hampshire for a family wedding and all enjoyed their rooms and breakfasts. Wonderful place to relax.

First time at a bed and breakfast. Stayed in Phebes room. Visited for only two nights for the fireworks and quick family visit. So worth the trip, would love to visit with Charlie and Sue again. Charlie even waited up to see that all his guest got home after the fireworks. Sue's quiche is so yummy. Get reservations early.
