Covered Bridge House Bed & Breakfast located in Bartlett, New Hampshire in the beautiful White Mountains.
Each guestroom is individually decorated with antique furnishings. Most feature one queen size bed although some can accomodate more than two people. Each room or suite has a private bathroom.
Our guests enjoy a full country breakfast each morning, served in our sunny dining room or on the outside patio during warmer weather.
This is the Bartlett covered bridge which is located right next to the Inn. It was constructed in the 1850's and now houses our covered bridge gift shoppe which is open in the summer & fall.
The Covered Bridge House is located in the beautiful Mt. Washington Valley, a four season resort town which features plenty of skiing options in the winter.
Enjoy a full country breakfast each morning. Pictured here is our peach stuffed french toast.
Our Covered Bridge Shoppe is a truly unique gift shop located inside the 1850 Bartlett Covered Bridge, just steps away from our B&B.
Our guests enjoy relaxing in our cozy living room; perhaps curling up with a good book and a cup of tea by the fire or adding a few pieces to the current jigsaw puzzle.

Feel at home in our cozy bed & breakfast located right on the Saco River next to our own restored 1850's covered bridge. With just four guest rooms plus our popular two room family suite, our Inn offers a comfortable, informal atmosphere. We serve a hearty country breakfast each morning in our sunny dining room or on the patio in warmer weather. In summer, enjoy the beauty of the Saco River in our back yard - swim, tube down to the covered bridge, fish or sunbathe on the rocks. In winter, enjoy the fabulous local skiing just minutes away. In any season, a relaxing soak in our outdoor hot tub is a perfect way to end the day.

We recently stayed at the Covered Bridge Inn and it was a highlight of our trip to New Hampshire from Florida. The ambience was exceptional and in perfect keeping with the rural setting. No detail to make us comfortable was overlooked by the delightful couple who own the B & B. The breakfast at which we had a table by a window that looked out on a tree in beautiful fall color and an expanse of lawn with colorful fall leaves on it was great. The setting was enhanced by quiet music in the background and was exceeded only by the delicious food and great service.

We have visited this B&B a few times over the past year and each time we love it more and more. We will definitely come back next year again. It's located very close to Storyland, for those that want to enjoy a nice trip with the kids. It's also close to the North Conway area but far enough so that you can avoid the traffic of N. Conway. Highly, highly recommend it! George and Vaso

I just booked another stay at this B&B. We found this place several years ago when all was booked in the area. CofC recommended it and they had one room left. I have tried to come every year since. It was our first time in a B&B and I have never gone back to motels since! And this is by far the best one for value, breakfast and hospitality in NH!! Thank you Nancy & Dan. I had a great stay here in July 2011. It's a terrific place to explore the White Mountains. Centrally located to so many wonderful sights. Also removed from North Conway, which is a bustling shopping town. The only one teeny drawback is that it is on the road to said North Conway which leads to a lot of traffic passing by. Still would stay here again. Wonderful hospitality and lovingly maintained.

The attention to detail in the decor is fabulous. There was nothing to complain about at the Covered Bridge. Location is a bit out of town but that wasn't an issue at all. In fact, it meant that we were well away from the hustle & bustle of the town & was so very peaceful.

Ein wunderbarer Ort und wunderbare Gastgeber! Nancy und Dan kümmern sich liebevoll um alles. Das Frühstück ist perfekt, wir liebten das selbstgebackene Pumpkin Bred. Auch die Zimmer sind bis ins Detail sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Rundum ist es ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt und an dem man nichts vermisst. Wir sagen DANKE!

We stayed at the Covered Bridge House in Jackson, NH over the Columbus Day weekend. I can only say that it was just fantastic. Loved, loved, loved it! Nancy and Dan made us feel so welcome and the house was immaculate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in a B&B.

From Boston: Take I-93 North to exit 32 (Lincoln). Take Route 112 (Kancamagus Highway)east towards Conway. In the summer, take Bear Notch Road to Route 302. (This road is closed in the winter) Make a right on 302 heading east. We are located approximately 5 miles ahead on the left, just past Attitash ski area. If you are travelling in the winter, take Route 112 to Conway. Make a left onto Route 16 heading north through North Conway. At the intersection of 302/16 in Glen, continue west on Route 302. We are on the right side, just after the third bridge.

Bicknell’s Thrush Tour
The rare Bicknell’s Thrush can be viewed on Mt. Washington during the month of June. The birds prefer the unique harsh climate due to the combination of low vegetation and abundant moisture. The two hour guided tour leaves early in the morning, at 5:30 AM, before the auto road opens to the general public to cause as little disturbance as possible.
