    Crustless Quiche
    The crustless quiche became a favorite of innkeeper Deb in her days of eating low carb. As we introduced it to our guests, it soon became a favorite of theirs as well! The crustless quiche is a special egg treat because it is oven baked making the outside firm enough to pick up of whilst leaving the inside quite fluffy. We put our favorite ingredients into it, such as ham and cheese or spinach, onion, and bacon, dashed with a few spices to accent the taste, and combined with the care a true food lover gives their meals we produce an egg dish that our guests continue to rave about! Ask about the quiche of the day :)

    Wonderful experience. The room was clean, organized and had many amenities. You have access to a shower room and a Jacuzzi room off of the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Food was amazing, as well as the service by the innkeeper. I would definitely go back again.

    The innkeeper has found her calling! She is warm, hospitable, a gracious host and the best cook ever. We stayed in the Gold Room and found it spacious and beautiful. (We viewed the second room and would not hestitate to stay there in the future.) The spa tub was wonderful as was the added touch of a nice selection of bath products. Breakfast was made to order and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Casaneo B&B to any traveler.

    We just came back from a weekend stay here and everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful, definitely worth the upgrade to the gold room. The hosts were gracious, helpful and made some delicious breakfast!

    I stayed at Casaneo Bed and Breakfast October 23, 2009 in the Gold Room. At time of booking, I had an unusual request to have breakfast at 5:15AM and immediately communicated this to the inn owner, Dave. Much to my surprise, he offered to meet this need. I am a single woman that travels the world over and I strongly prefer bed and breakfast inns. This is the first that has accommodated an unreasonable breakfast time request -- bravo Dave! I arrived late Friday night, calling en route, and Dave stayed up to greet me and show me around -- another first. He offered any selection on the breakfast menu and I chose the quiche. When I arrived downstairs at 5:15 the next morning there was a welcoming fire in the fireplace and my quiche & coffee waiting for me. Breakfast was delicious. I spent what little time I had conversing with Dave and sharing my travel stories, one of the most enjoyable breakfasts I have had in years. I received a phone call the following day and had to depart early due to a family emergency, missing my second night. It was a challenge to leave such a peaceful and beautiful home. Thanks Dave for your kindness, comfort, and conversation! I felt so welcomed and at home at Casaneo Bed and Breakfast, I cannot wait to return.
