The Stephen Clay Homestead is a beautiful historical colonial home nestled at the top of the hill in the center of town. We are surrounded by horseback riding and animal farms and just minutes away from golfing and antique shopping. We are located in southern New Hampshire close to all recreational activities, including the beach, the beautiful NH mountains and lakes region, antique shopping and much more. If you want to catch a movie, we're just outside Manchester, New Hampshire where you can take advantage of shopping, fine dining, theatre and other activities. Stephen Clay Homestead is surrounded by 3.5 beautiful and quiet acres. Come enjoy the country and peaceful surroundings. Our grounds and home are a beautiful location for your wedding or other function. Our property can accomodate a 30x70 outdoor tent and our grounds and home are beautiful and our gardens our gorgeous and picturesque. Boston or Southern NH: Take I-93 North into New Hampshire.
From I-93 heading North: take Highway 101-East - exit 7.
Continue on 101 east and take exit 3 to Candia and Deerfield. At the end of the exit ramp, vier right. At fork in the road (Getty Gas/convenience store)stay left. Take left at Rt43/Rt27. Take left at blinking red light (Candia House of Pizza on left). Drive approx 1.5 miles up hill and we are on your right across from Library. Our driveway is immediately after Civil War Monument on the right.

From Manchester Airport: Turn right exiting the airort onto Brown
Avenue and follow signs for I-293 and I-93 (right at the stop light).
Follow the road passing food and convenience stores and a few
stop lights. Take a right at the stop light (before the highway
overpass) onto I-293. Take I-293 South to I-93 North.

Cancellation policy is 50% room charge rate plus tax if cancelled reservation within 5 days. 100% Room charge rate if cancelled less than 5 days. All arrivals must be confirmed with an estimated time of arrival and not to exceed 9pm for check-in. Late arrivals after 9pm must be confimed and authorized for check-in.
