    In the historic district of the Valley of the settlers, this family Guest House of character offers seasonal rental:-three furnished rooms adjacent to the main apartment with terrace in ground floor of garden, private, independent entry bath, TV, corner hustle... -housing under faré canvas located in the garden with terrace, equipped a room of water and WC, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fan, TV, micro waves, etc. The rooms have a space common and user-friendly in ground floor of garden, composed of a lounge/dining room under covered deck and a kitchen. These dwellings, household is done once a week and linens provided is changed on this occasion (sheets, towels, floor mat, torchons, etc.). Housing (villa colonial on 10 ares of land) is located in the city of Nouméa, 3 km from the heart of the city and 5 km from the beaches very well served commercially (hypermarket within 600 metres), medical centre, urban transport (stop bus 100 m from the House), Internet café, etc.
