Built in the Atomic Age, this part of Vegas was one of the first planned communities in the city. Las Vegas is a young community only dating back to the fifties, so the location of our homes is convenient to the best that Las Vegas has to offer.

Most of our visitors are pleasantly surprized at how easily they can enjoy the glitz of the Strip, yet still appreciate the natural wonders of the Vegas Valley.

The lush landscaping in this neighborhood, attract many species of migratory birds, while the dramatic mountains that surround the valley create wondrous sunsets.

This neighborhood offers numerous fine dining experiences, not often found in much larger cities. Many of these restaurants supply food products to the casinos, so the cost of dining out is a fraction of what it costs on the Strip.

Transportation: DID YOU KNOW - that the large hotels on the Strip all offer free valet parking, and that the average tip expected when you get your car back is just $1.00!

Therefore we highly recommend renting a car during your stay. While the average cab fare in Las Vegas is $20.00, and the worst part of "cabbing it" is the long lines (typically 30 minutes or more) just to get cab. During big trade shows, those lines are located outside in the heat or cold depending on the time of the year.

If you valet your own car, the average wait time to get your car back is a mere five minutes. Rental car rates vary, but most of the time, you can find a car for around $25.00 or less per day.
