    The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Utrecht, close to congress Beatrix Theater Trade Mart Utrecht , university museums, restaurants , shops, Cathedral, canals are all on your doorstep and central station is 5 minute walk . The apartment accommodate 1-2 or (3 guests on request). The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The appt. is 50 sq. meter, with living room and kitchen, bedroom ,bathroom on the first floor of the building. The apartment has a terrace with a nice view over Utrecht's historical center. It has a hallway and a own entre, is accessible by stairs. It is a non smoking apartment.

    Just perfect!

    If you want to stay in a sterile hotel room that could be anywhere in the world, don't stay here. If you want your own little house, with lots of character in the very centre of Utrecht, this is the place for you. You have your own entrance and roof top patio, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a lovely comfortable bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The owners are delightful. They keep the place in tip top condition, can offer advice on what to see locally and serve a superb breakfast every morning. I recommend it highly (unless you have difficulty with steep staircases) - it's a gem.
