    ONE OF THE BEST B&B'S IN THE NETHERLANDS!! WINNER OF THE THIRD PRICE CATEGORIE 4 TULIPS (STARS) IN 2010!! The detached villa with its own private parking is situated in a quiet residential area in the rural village of Landsmeer and yet so close tot the centre of Amsterdam. within 15 minutes you are by bus or car in the burstling heart of Amsterdam. On the first floor, there are 4 spacious new double rooms, each which has been furnished as the ideal family room. Each pair of rooms has an adjoining door and suitable for accomodating 2 till 4/5 persons. This connecting door makes it possible for family and friends to be close to each other but still have their own privacy. Each family room has its own private bathroom. Each double room als has its own TV, as well as a comfortable sitting area. Every morning a suptuous breakfast is served in our new splendid dining-room. Guests may use the magnificent garden situated on a waterborder with a view on a nature area.

      By car you go to Amsterdam and take the highway ring North A10 and leave at exit S117, follow the direction Landsmeer. After 700 meters you take the first street to the left. The name of this street is "Kerkebreek". After 100 meter at the t-cross you go right and almost directly the first street to the left, this is the " Noorderbreek". By bus from the Central Station of Amsterdam (new busplatform at the backside of the Central Station)and take bus 93 or 173 to Landsmeer (company Arriva) and leave the bus at the busstop "van Beekstraat". Walk 200 meters back in the direction Amsterdam and go right into the "Kerkebreek" (on the corner is a litle church). After 100 meters at the t-cross you go right and take almost directly the first street left. This is "Noorderbreek".

    Last summer we visited Amsterdam for a few days with another couple and stayed at the Landsmeer B&B. Trudy and Bert are excellent hosts who provided a wonderful breakfast which was difficult to finish. The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Bert and Trudy are most knowledgable about the local area and gave us excellent advice on local dining and how to get the free ferry across to the city. If you want to avoid driving in the narrow streets of the city then we would recommend you stay with Bert and Trudy.

    During my recent visit to Holland I enjoyed 3 blissfully peaceful weeks at Bed and Breakfast, Landsmeer. The rooms were comfortable, exceptionally quiet and spotlessly clean. Even though I stayed for such an extended period, Trudy and Bert managed to surprise me each morning with something different and delicious for breakfast. They were always there to give advice or solve my occasional problem. I regard this B & B (so close to Amsterdam City) as exceptional value! I look forward to stay with Bert and Trudy again on my next trip to Holland. Melbourne. Australia

    A beautiful home with wonderful hosts in the quite country town of Landsmeer, but yet so close to Amsterdam. Bert and Trudy provide a home away from home service with breakfast fare and service equal to a 5 star hotel, but at a fraction of the cost. Helpful advice on transport into Amsterdam, tourist places, and the most scenic route to take on the next leg of trip are all part of the friendly service. A 5 star rating Bed & Breakfast.
