Modern Houseboat on the edge of downtown Amsterdam. Easily accessible by car with (paid) public parking space right in front of the houseboat. Buses and trams run every ten minutes and the nearest stop is just a three minute walk from the houseboat. The owner has bikes for rent for the real Amsterdam experience.

The houseboat offers 100m2 living space and has a sunny terrace which is 25m2. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a Tempur mattress. Two single beds can be added in the living room or in the office. So there is room for up to 6 people.
The bathroom has a rain shower head, a big bath, a double sink and toilet. The living room and kitchen are combined. The living room (and bathroom) are equipped with a full stereo. Hispeed Wifi internet is available free of charge. Both bedrooms and the living room have cable television.

There is plenty of daylight everywhere and you can feed the swans through the open window (they eat out of your hand!). Send an email or call us for availability.
