The Bed and Breakfast is housed in a 400-year-old Amsterdam town house, which is a city monument as well as a national monumental building! In the room you will find a comfortable double bed. Private bathroom with large bath shower and toilet. Work desk with computer with free wifi. Fridge with coffee and tea maker. TV DVD player. Being our guest, you will be in the middle of historical Amsterdam. Within walking distance are the best gay and straight bars and discotheques, shopping streets, as well as many of Amsterdam's best restaurants. You are also near famous musea like Van Gogh, Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank house and the new Hermitage museum.

Deposit Amount Required: Guests will pay when they arrive.

Cancellations: When you make your reservation we will ask you for your credit card details to secure your booking. We will not charge you, but will do a pre-authorization with your credit card company for the value of the first 2 nights. Please note that we will not charge you, you can pay upon arrival as you wish with the creditcard of your choice or in cash. If you want to cancel or your reservation, or change it in any way, please do so by email or fax. We DO NOT accept telephone changes or cancelations. For cancelations the following fees apply: more than 1 month before the scheduled arrival date : no charge between 1 month and one week before your sheduled arrival , one night will be charged between 1 week and 2 nights (48 hours) before your scheduled arrival date: two nights will be charged. between 2 nights and the day of scheduled arrival: 2 nights or 50% if booking is for more then 4 nights will be charged. (if however we are able to rent out all the cancelled nights, we will refund you the 2nd night, so only charge you one night). However, if we manage to rent the room to another guest, we will credit you for these nights. For no-shows/last minute cancellations, Dutch law allows us to charge the full value of the booking. However, if we manage to rent the room to another guest, we will credit you for these nights. All prices are in Euro's. For rooms in the hotel, we gladly accept payments in cash, Maestro Pin, Visa, Mastercard, and (with a 3% surcharge) American Express.
