    Bob and Arlene will make you feel at home with great food and spotless rooms in their modern ranch-style home with outdoor hot tub and flower gardens,butterflies and many different kind of birds.Visit Buffalo Bill's home. If you like railroads you will love the UPRR Bailey yards. The largest classification yards in the world. Enjoy the 100 ft. Golden Spike tower that overlooks the yards and the beautiful country side. There are 4 golf courses for those to play golf. HORSE MOTEL and camper hookups for people that are traveling with their horses. HUNTERS, we have great hunting in this part of NE. BIRDERS, 500,000 sandhill cranes migrate through here. Our county has recorded over 300 different kinds of birds. Nebraskaland Days are in mid June. Call for info. at 1-800-955-4528. BUFFALO BILLS HOME and artifacts from Cody' Wild West Show are on display. Lincoln Co.Historical Musemum has information on the World War II Canteen and much more.

    We've never stopped and stayed overnite in North Platte before but we will now. Arlene and Bob were perfect hosts and they have a roomy and charming house. We left with great memories and 20 new recipies. A must stop!
