Sunset Farm Cabins, located near the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park, is a perfect accommodation choice for all your mountain activities or just relaxing in our private 5.5 acre paradise. Cherokee, Bryson City, Dillsboro and Sylva are within 10 – 15 minutes of our entrance along with a variety of outdoor activities. Our Smoky Mountain Cabin Rentals consist of 4 two bedroom and 2 one bedroom cabins with satellite TV, wireless internet, full kitchens, outdoor grills, private patio’s, linens and more, all priced at very affordable rates.

We had a family reunion at the cabins in October 2012. The cabins were great and very clean. Joel and Michelle were wonderful. They became part of our family. We are returning this October for another family reunion. Brownies were great. Enjoyed sitting around the fire pit listening to Joel play. Thanks for such a great time.

We really enjoyed the oppossum cabin and our wonderful host Michelle. She was the bomb! Very clean comfy cozy cabin---grounds were lovely. We will definitely go back!

Our family stayed in 4 of the cabins. All are very nice,well kept, and clean. The owners are in the process of updating TV's and beds. Our cabin, the Raccoon had a nice new big TV in the livingroom. The grounds are awesome and there is plenty to do. Horseshoes, badminton, and baseball were our favorites. There is also an awesome fire pit they will get going for you if you ask, and if you are lucky, Joel will play his guitar around the fire...that was such a treat! There is a great deal to do in the area, and Sunset Farms was very convienently located and easy to get to. The brownies were yummy too!

Joel is originally from Washington, D.C., and Michelle from Texas. They met in Florida and, after over 10 years, decided to move closer to family. Joel’s plays about every instrument you can imagine. He’s also a very good handyman and you’ll see him about the grounds working on all types of projects. Michelle loves all types of animals, be they furry, scaly, or slimy! She has strong family ties to Southern England, where half of her family is still located.

We had a great time at Sunset Farm Cabins. The cabin was spacious, the bed comfortable and the kitchen facilities adequate. We were lucky to have a camp fire the first night, then "Sandy" arrived. We could not do the Parkway, but boy, the snow was a bonus. Our hosts were wonderful, great company, and great info on the area. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Opossum cabin at Sunset Farms Cabins. Joel and Michelle went out of their way to greet us (excellent brownies) and meet any needs we brought to their attention. If you're looking for a place to stay that's away from the bright lights and noise, yet close to the GSMNP and nearby towns, we highly recommend staying there. We look forward to going back there again!

Nice setting with comfortable cabins. We especially enjoyed the bonfire pit. Everything you need for preparing your own meals......Many activities and sightseeing opportunities in the area. Would stay here again if given the chance!

Joel and Michelle are great. The cabins are wonderful and they are in a great location for site seeing. Even though they don't having dining we cooked hotdogs over the fire and roasted marchmellows. We can't wait to go back!

We are located approximately 6 miles from Dillsboro, north on Hwy. 441/74. Sunset Farm Road is between mile markers 75 and 76 on Hwy 441/74. Please keep an eye open for Sunset Farm Road on the North side of the road. It is easy to miss the street if your not watching closely.
