We had planned a stay in July, 2009 but had to cancel. Mr. Ferguson was very nice and accomodated our situation most graciously. I would have to say that you can not go wrong with such nice folks.

Most rooms enter from a porch where you can sit, rock and enjoy the beautiful mountain view!Here's an idea! Rent your own 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage with two entrances, a large kitchen, dining area, living area and a Jacuzzi tub!
Plenty of room to walk, play and enjoy the apple orchard! There's even a place for having a bonfire at night. What a wonderful location for a family reunion!Look for this sign... and you'll know you have found the perfect place for an enjoyable, peaceful getaway!
When the bell rings, it's time for a delicious breakfast!While at the Grandview Lodge, be sure to visit the Gift Shop! Here, you can find antiques, souvenirs, and a huge variety of items handcrafted by artisans... all at really reasonable prices!

The General Rutherford has a king size bed. No wonder the room is "Fit for a General!"The Balsam Room has a queen bed and has room for a foldaway bed to allow for 3 guests.
The Medford is a suite with plenty of room. It has a queen bed and the bath has double sinks.The Balsam is nicely decorated, has warm paneling and a private bath. Rock on the front porch and enjoy the mountain views.
The James Westley Willhite Room has a queen bed and a twin bed.The Eagles Nest has 2 double beds.
There are 2 bedrooms in the Grandview Cottage. The master bath even has a Jacuzzi!The William Ferguson Room is a spacious suite with a king size sleigh bed. It has a fireplace, sofa and fridge. Like all rooms at the Grandview Lodge, it has a private bathroom.
With the Grandview Cottage, you can use both bedrooms with 2 baths or ask about dividing into 2 separate areas with private entrances!There is a spacious living area in the Grandview Cottage. It includes an entertainment center, wide sofa and full kitchen!
