Welcome to the Hanna House Bed and Breakfast. Recently renovated and furnished in the finest antiques and oriental carpets, the Rudolph Ulrich House was built in 1896 and served as the home of one of New Berns more successful grocery suppliers. The house has undergone periods of use and revival, the most recent attending to its turn of the century details that distinguish older homes, and provide our guests with an opportunity to escape to a quiet environment that encourages relaxation. Located in New Bern's register of historic places and designated an historic home, we are steps away from all major attractions and the confluence of the Neuse and Trent rivers.

We have stayed in many a B & B in the Mid-Atlantic states and this one stands out. Had problems with website; it would not take the top rating.

My husband and I visited Hanna House May 1st and 2nd. It was our first time staying in a B&B. I decided to stay due to the location and the rave reviews of the breakfast and indeed the breakfast did not disappoint. Camille was a lovely host, she made spot on recommendations to local sites and venues. We had a great time and would not hesitate returning should we be in the area again.

Easy walking distance to many sites in historic New Bern. The room was spacious and comfortable with a recently refitted bath. The breakfast was excellent and lasted me through most of the day.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hannah House, from start to finish. Camille was very gracious and welcoming. We had a beautiful, spacious, whirlpool suite which was stunning! The bed was very comfortable, and the suite itself quite lavish. Our choices of breakfast were plentiful and ALL sounded delicious. The three of us (we had a friend in another room) were thrilled by the delicacies which went above and beyond that of a normal bed and breakfast. This by far surpassed any other B&B breakfast that I have had. Between the amazing suite, the hospitality of the owners, AND the amazing breakfast, we will definitely return.
