home away from home. Experience the outdoors at its best, day or night, from our Carolina porch. Relax in front of the fire in an inviting great room, and rest comfortably in your private quarters. We sit on a 300 foot cliff overlooking the Laurel River. It's like staying in the Smoky Mountain National Park, but with all the comforts of home.
Experience amazing views, two levels of outdoor living space which includes an outdoor fireplace, access to full kitchen and laundry. We are a mile and a half from the Applachian Trail and sit on a thre hundred foot cliff overlooking the Laural River in the Pisgah National Forest. Please join us as our guest at RiverDance!!

Take NC 208 North about 1 mile to the entrance of Bear River Lodge. Take the entrance road up the hill and turn right onto the blacktop.
