    Duncan Hill Inn is located in Kannapolis, NC, 5 minutes from the North Carolina Research Campus, 20 minutes from Lowes Motor Speedway, Concord Mills, Bass Pro Shop, and 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte. Please review our Area Attractions page for more highlights of our area. We provide you with all the amenities that you will need during your stay. We serve a continential breakfast along with freshly made muffins, breads, cinnamon rolls, etc. You can enjoy breakfast in your room or in our Tea Room. We have a fully stocked fishing pond and provide all of your fishing gear. Enjoy an afternoon or fishing or just relaxing in the hammock. We are children and pet friendly but our home is not child proof for children under the age of five.
