    we loved our stay!

    September 24, 2012

My husband and I just stayed at the Buck House for our anniversary and we LOVED it! The house is amazing, beautifully decorated, clean, and so inviting! Debbie has thought of everything in her attempt to make the inn relaxing and charming. The setting is absolutely peaceful and romantic--we could even hear the running creek outside our window. The food was amazing and Debbie was such a kind and thoughtful hostess. There were all kinds of special touches that we weren't even expecting to add to the total experience. If you are wondering if you should book a reservation here, the answer is yes!

    Perfection (No, really!)

    September 13, 2012

I truly wouldn't change a thing at The Buck House... Beautiful location, constant sounds of the most wonderful creek, historic and beautifully restored house, luxurious beds and linens, to die for breakfasts and goodies, a warm, lovely innkeeper who anticipates your every need, the most amazing front porch I've ever had the pleasure of rocking on...need I go on? We came needing to unwind, and we truly left there refreshed! Cannot wait to go back...Thank you, Debbie and Sam!

    Great B&B

    August 13, 2012

This was my first visit to a B&B, and the bar has been set amazingly high. The house was grand and historic with beautiful furnishings. The setting was amazing, only 20 minutes from the interstate, but miles away from everything. As great as the property is, it is not the best thing about this special place. Debbie, the owner, made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. No detail was overlooked and she went above and beyond to make sure my family felt at home. We look forward to returning in the future.
