ASIA Bed & Spa is both retreat & bed and breakfast, and with only 5 luxury guest rooms, you can anticipate a relaxing spa getaway with no more than 8 other guests. Our guests also enjoy the convenience of a private spa (not open to the public!) with private rooms for all our spa services. ASIA is nestled on a wooded lot about a half-mile from downtown Asheville, so we encourage our guests to leave their vehicles in our private lot and enjoy the 10 minute walk into town. We are also a convenient 10 minutes by car to Asheville’s Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our goal is simple: to provide you the time and space to relax unwind while you stay with us. Because relaxation is wellness, and wellness is happiness. And that's the ultimate goal: to live well and be happy.

My boyfriend and I had heard excellent things about Asia Bed & Spa from our friends…so we decided to give it a try. It was fantastic…a little bit of heaven on earth! When we arrived, the first thing we spotted was a serene Japanese garden and front enclosed porch. The innkeeper, Tom, greeted us and took us on a tour of the facility. He was extremely detailed on how all of the equipment worked, breakfast times, and even gave us menus of highly suggested places to dine. The place was gorgeous and simple- great tapestries, open space, very clean, nice natural lighting, earthy and relaxing feel, and most of all peaceful and quiet. In our room, there was a huge Jacuzzi bathtub, king super comfy bed, and nice simple copper décor. I was enthralled. We had the nice and quiet environment at the B&B, but were still a quick 3 minute drive from downtown Asheville for shopping and fun. We used the sauna, steam room, booked an aroma therapy couples massage, and soaked in the bath several times. This was the optimal quick and relaxing getaway. We recommend it highly…jump in the car and go!

Inspired by Appalachian traditions rich in folk art and hand-craft, the Artisan Room is beauty drawn from nature, and our most impeccably detailed. Hand-crafted furniture, wood mosaic walls of reclaimed farm timber, a red-glazed gas fired stove, a stone tiled Jacuzzi surround. The Artisan Room is a secluded treetop getaway separate from the main inn.
