Inn Details

This three-storey restored Gothic Victorian home was built in the 1870’s, once owned by shipbuilders and has been described in historical writings as “one of Chatham’s finest homes”.

Three spacious guest rooms with ensuite baths await you. A full cooked breakfast is served daily. Enjoy the sitting room and verandahs at your leisure. For the convenience of business travelers and vacationers we offer wireless internet service.

Miramichi is located at the junction of the Miramichi River Route and the Acadian Coastal Drive. The Inn is set back on a large corner lot where Henderson crosses Howard Street. The Linden trees on the front lawn are two of the tallest trees in the area.

Sunny Side is only three blocks from Historic Water Street. This is the province of New Brunswicks’ first Historic District and the home of many interesting shops and restaurants. We are next door to a fully equipped gym and outdoor swimming pool.

For casual lunch and evening fare a must see is O’Donaghues Irish Pub offering Canadian and Irish food and drink. O’Donaghues is just a ten minute walk and offers live music every weekend.
