High Season
Should you need to cancel your confirmed reservation date, this must be done three full days before the arrival date whereas no penalty will apply.
If cancellation is made within three days of reservation, we will require 50% of the reservation;
For each day less than 3 days, an additional 25% for each day prior to arrival.
If no cancellation notice was made at all, 100% of reservation will be withheld.
All cancellations receive a cancellation number.
Low Season

If cancellation is made within five days of reservation, we will require 50% of the reservation.
