    Walvis Bay is the main harbour town in Namibia, situated in the heart of the ancient Namib Desert. The exquisite harmony that is created by the Atlantic Ocean and the spectacular high sand dunes is unique to this area. 1932 HOUSE is within walking distance of the legendary lagoon, one of the largest naturally formed lagoons in the world and home to fascinating bird life including flamingos, pelicans, sandpipers, egrets, and cormorants. Activities like quad-biking, seal and dolphin boat cruises, lagoon kayaking, dune paragliding, ski boat angling and fishing, desert tours and scenic flights are offered here. 1932 HOUSE offers you all the comforts of home. Our 6 rooms each have an en- suite bathroom and are tastefully decorated in old-world style. We can accommodate up to 11 people. In addition we have 2 self-catering apartments each with a full DSTV bouquet and fully equipped kitchenette. There is a comfortable smoking lounge and a charming veranda overlooking the exquisite garden and swimming pool where you can come and relax to the sound of running water after a busy day. A lavish cold buffet breakfast is served every morning and picnic baskets or breakfast packs can be arranged in advance for the early birds. Wireless internet is available.

    the most relaxed home from home

    my family and i stayed there early december just before xmas holidays from Botswana. it was out of this world,the owner is the best, everybody who worked there was extra ordinary.....we felt as part of their family. Even now we keep talking about them and the BnB, we even considering coming back there again this December and this time with more friends and family. We cant thank you enough for a holiday we now want to have annually. My 3 year old loved the place and i am sure he misses it too cause he keeps looking at the pictures every now and then. keep the excellent service up good people

If the booking is not confirmed during this time, it will automatically be cancelled. Cancellation fees will be 25% 30 days, 50%, 14 days before arrival date, 75%, 7 days before arrival date and 100%, 3 days before arrival date or now show.
