    We welcome you to our beautiful 8000 square foot redwood home in Polson, Montana. Whether you are looking to relax in our spectacular serenity or jump in to many different activities, Swan Hill Bed & Breakfast is the right place for you! Nestled within 12 acres of woods, our home is surrounded by over 4000 square feet of decking with amazing views of the Mission Mountain Range and Flathead Lake. Or perhaps our romantic lake cabin, that is just feet from the waters edge, would be your desire. We have private lake front access, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and many other things to complete your Glacier Country vacation.

    • Minimum stay: PEAK SEASON: 2 night min. in B&B, 3 night min. in lake front cabin.

    • Deposit amount required: A deposit equal to one night stay is required to hold your reservation.

    • Cancellations: In PEAK SEASON (June 1 - September 30) a 45 day cancellation notification is required for FULL REFUND of depost. Cancellation notifications submitted 31 to 44 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded 50% of the deposit. All cancellation notifications given 30 days or less of scheduled arrival date will forfiet the entire deposit. In the OFF SEASON (October 1- May 31) a 14 day cancellation notification must be submitted to receive a FULL REFUND of deposit. Anything less than 14 day notice and the deposit is FORFIETED.

      From Missoula, north on Hwy 93 to Rocky Point Road and take right. Go 4.5 miles and take a right on Kings Point Road. Swan Hill is .4 miles on the right just past Wolf Point. Take gravel driveway up the hill (pass timber trailer cabin on left) and follow driveway around fence to garage and parking lot. Facing the garage, the front door is to the left, through gate and up ramp; and back doors are to the right and up the deck steps.

    Let me take a moment to write about why we love Swan Hill B&B. We had always been a little of leary about B&B's and always stayed in a hotel whenever we travelled. Last year, we searched the Polson area for a motel/hotel and stumbled across the B&B. We decided to take a chance after having a look at the website and emailing the owners. Let me tell you that we were so happy during our stay that we planned this years holidays around Polson just so we could return to the B&B. We made fast friends with the owners and were welcomed back with such generocity and appreciation that it was difficult to leave. The food was fantastic, the pool is refreshing, the lake is beautiful, the wildlife is astounding and the experience in itself is relaxing and rejuvinating. We are planning our next holiday and no doubt, we will be headed to Montana, Flathead lake....namely Swan Hill Bead and Breakfast. Sincerely, Melanie and Quentin Lewis

    Debbie and Drew were wonderful. We were only able to stay one night and we had an absolute blast. The facilities are wonderful and homey. The indoor pool was heated and the decking provided a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding acreage. Drew recently renovated a cabin right on the lake and we were not able to stay since the renovations were not complete. But we did tour the cabin and it is simply stunning. The deck of the cabin is 15 feet off the lake and you can walk right out on the new dock into the lake. Put simply you will not be disappointed .
