The Bay Town Inn is located in the heart of historic Bay St. Louis. We are thirty minutes from Biloxi and one hour from New Orleans. There are ten spacious suites complete with a living area, small kitchen, full bath and king bedded guest room. The Cabana Room is fully accessible, and has two double beds. Week days, guests enjoy a light breakfast of homemade muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. Weekend guests enjoy a full breakfast served to their room. Because of our pool, our guests and visitors must be a minimum of 15 years of age. Bay St. Louis is a wonderful, small town filled with great restaurants, shops, galleries and true southern hospitality. The Inn is across the street from the beach, and within blocks of all this community offers.

We were looking for a place to stay in my hometown for my 30th high school reunion and Bay Town Inn kept popping up. Our stay was wonderful. Nikki & her staff made us feel right at home. The location, view & attention to detail were incredible. Breakfast was so delicious! It was wonderful being a tourist in my tiny hometown. We will be coming back soon!
Isn't it wonderful - a BayCation! Thank you so much for your kind comments, and so very glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Come back soon.

Immaculately clean rooms; nice decor and furnishing; cheerful, extremely helpful staff; delicious breakfast brought to our room; lovely pool; location is perfect, just steps away from several nice restaurants and bars; beautiful bayfront view
This is the kind of review that makes our team smile! Thank you so much, and I am sharing with them today. I am so pleased that you were happy with the Inn (clean was the best word), but also our community. Its a pretty special place, the Bay, and we love sharing it. Please come back and see us.

Beautiful suite with beach theme. Large porch with rockers, salt water pool, very short walk to restaurants and shops Yogurt and home made muffins for breakfast delivered to your room. Would definitely stay again.
Thanks so much for your review - really appreciate it, and so happy that you enjoyed our amenities. I can tell you would like on site dining, but with the growing number of restaurants and bars within a few blocks - I definitely don't want to compete with them and what they do so well! Hope to see you again.

Came across this B&B when eating at the Blind Tiger on a previous visit to the area. We enjoyed the appeal of the area and energy. Baytown Inn was the first to catch our eye and we decided to make it our first place to stay when we returned to the area. Baytown Inn has so many amenties and local restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Loved spending time here and plan on returning in the future. Todd & Krista
Thank you so much for your great review - and very pleased you enjoyed the Inn, and the Bay. Its a wonderful community, and you are right - everything is so convenient. Look forward to seeing you again.

Our stay at Bay Town Inn was wonderful. We loved meeting Nikki, the owner. She is friendly, caring of her customers and fun to talk with. Our suite was outstanding and the breakfast brought to our room each morning was a dream. We will return as often as we can. I wanted to relax and get stress free for a few days and that is exactly what happened. My husband and I love Bay St Louis and it doesn't get any better than staying right in the middle of all the wonderful restaurants and shops.
Your review was everything I could want to hear...thank you so much for your kind words, and so happy you enjoyed your stay at the Inn, and in our town. Its a pretty special community. Hope to see you again soon.

Our recent stay at Bay Town Inn was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Perfect little touches such as spa-like robes and coffee and even microwave popcorn! Breakfast delivered to the room was hot and so delicious. Very accommodating. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to go back!
Wow - you just made my day. Thank you for your wonderful review, and so pleased you like our amenities (the popcorn was my God Daughter's idea - she will be happy). Please come back and see us.

On site person very welcoming. She was ready with restaurant recommendations. Room well set up. Bed very comfortable.
Thank you so much for your review. Especially pleased with your comment about the bed - without a good night's sleep, your stay isn't very good either. Please come back and see us.
The Lighthouse Room is located on the second floor. It has a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper, full bath and kitchen area. It is one large room of 750 sf with its own private deck overlooking the pool.
The Suite includes a parlor with a sofa (not a sofa bed however) and small kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A full bath, and bedroom with king bed complete the suite.
The Cabana room is located just off the pool and is completely accessible. It includes two double beds and a small kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room is similar in size to a regular hotel guest room - not a suite. The full bath is accessible as well.
This house is located at 212 Carroll Avenue and is rented by the week, or longer. It is separate from the Bay Town Inn - but managed by the same owner. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with over-sized shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and private bath with a footed tub and shower.
