The Bay Town Inn is located in the heart of historic Bay St. Louis. We are thirty minutes from Biloxi and one hour from New Orleans. There are ten spacious suites complete with a living area, small kitchen, full bath and king bedded guest room. The Cabana Room is fully accessible, and has two double beds. Week days, guests enjoy a light breakfast of homemade muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. Weekend guests enjoy a full breakfast served to their room. Because of our pool, our guests and visitors must be a minimum of 15 years of age. Bay St. Louis is a wonderful, small town filled with great restaurants, shops, galleries and true southern hospitality. The Inn is across the street from the beach, and within blocks of all this community offers.

So very impressed with this bed & breakfast. We travelled from Scotland to do a two week road trip. Have stayed in many 5 star hotels during our life which couldn't even compare with this wonderful bed & breakfast. We were so very pleased to have stumbled apon the area, truly made for a wonderful holiday and great memories. Hoping to return in September with friends.
Thank you so very much for your review - it was a pleasure to be your host....just wish it had been a longer stay. Hope you do indeed return in September. Thanks again.

Great place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms, just a few steps, or a bike ride, away from all of the hot spots. Niki Moon is a very gracious and accommodating hostess. The best place to be is on the front swing, under the big oak tree, watching the sun coming up over the bay. Julie, Tuff, and I can't wait to go back and spend some quality time there recharging our batteries!
You know - Tuff took my heart, and is always welcome to join you here. I agree, the swing under the oak is about as relaxing as it can be. See you again soon - and thanks for the great review.

This was the most adorable bed and breakfast I have stayed at. The rooms were very beautiful and beachy with lots of light. The lady who was working there was extremely friendly and helpful. She even told us about an Art Show in Pass Christian that we could visit on our way home. The breakfast was outstanding both morning and served with fresh fruit. We also had delicious cookies and a note welcoming us when we got there. I will definitely be revisiting the Bay Town Inn soon!
Your review just made my day - I was out of town while you were there, and my assistant Deborah, was handling everything. I have always known she was great - and you just supported my thoughts. Thank you so much for your kind words. I will share them with her - it will make her day too.

Great place to stay and love the city
Thanks so much for your review and especially pleased you enjoyed The Bay. Its a great place to visit, and I love living here. Hope you'll be back.
The Lighthouse Room is located on the second floor. It has a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper, full bath and kitchen area. It is one large room of 750 sf with its own private deck overlooking the pool.
The Suite includes a parlor with a sofa (not a sofa bed however) and small kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A full bath, and bedroom with king bed complete the suite.
The Cabana room is located just off the pool and is completely accessible. It includes two double beds and a small kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room is similar in size to a regular hotel guest room - not a suite. The full bath is accessible as well.
This house is located at 212 Carroll Avenue and is rented by the week, or longer. It is separate from the Bay Town Inn - but managed by the same owner. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with over-sized shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and private bath with a footed tub and shower.
