"Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer"

"My wife and I stayed here while celebrating our Anniversary. The room was beautiful. The daily breakfast was good and extremely filling; we skipped lunch all three days because we weren't hungry again until the evenings. A small river borders the property the Inn has chairs nearby so you can sit and/or read next to the river--very relaxing. They have a quiet bar in the building that we did not utilize, but it was nice to know we could easily grab some wine if the mood struck. All that said, what really set the experience apart was the friendliness and thoroughness of the innkeepers and staff, and their eagerness to bend over backwards to do whatever they could do to make the trip more enjoyable--whether it was making it easy for us to check-in very late (after Midnight), bringing us a chilled bottle of champagne late at night, or making dinner reservations on our behalf, among much more. We wish we would have had more time to spend lounging around the Inn but had already booked most of our weekend before arriving. Next time we stay, and there will definitely be a next time, we will make sure we give ourselves plenty of time to relax at the Inn."
