On the Main Floor of the Lodge, only three steps onto the floor level from the yard. Within 20 feet of the dining room and shared common area. Great room for socialites and early coffee drinkers!
Located on the Main floor of the Lodge, each room offers comfort with western Victorian decor, polished wood dressers and antique items. Plenty of closet space and easy access to outdoor activities, spa and a quiet common area for books, television and coffee. One queen size bed in each room. Bathroom has a natural stone faced shower/bathtub, toilet and large sink. Twenty feet to the dining area - great for early social time and coffee!
Often called the "Honeymoon Cabin", its size is perfect for small families or couples. Enjoy the kitchen with stove, dishes, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. A private bedroom with queen size bed and sleeping loft with two twin beds. It also has a futon/couch in the living room. Color television with DVD for movie watching! A short walk to the outdoor hot tub. Back door opens to a smaller yard with BBQ grill. The cabin also offers a front porch to relax and enjoy the mountain air! Nestled in the trees, it is quiet but a short walk to local activities and attractions.
Our largest cabin, its honey-colored logs and pine paneling inside add to the rustic weathered outside. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the fresh air, wildlife and gardens. A private bedroom with queen size bed, full kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes, microwave, refrigerator and stove plus living room with color television and DVD on the Main Floor. The open loft offers two twin beds and a double bed - kids call it a "tree house" because of the log stairway! The living room also has a futon bed/couch. Full bathroom with shower. Out the back door is a smaller yard with BBQ grill.

We spent a lovely week-end at Just An Experience, John and Carma are very hospital and make everyone feel like family. The breakfasts were fun, beautifully prepared and delicious. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay when traveling to the area. Doug and Jane

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We really enjoyed the cabin and the relaxing atmosphere of the entire place. John and Carma were outstanding hosts. By the 2nd day we felt like we were part of the family. The food was fabulous and the company of all the guests was wonderful. We will be going back for sure. It was a great experience. Thanks John and Carma! Sincerely, Gary and Carol

My wife and I, and her family, visited this charming Bed and Breakfast last week. We rented both cabins and also a room with a private bath in the Inn. To say the least, we had a great time. The hosts were very personable and knowledgeable. The rooms were spotless and I was sorry we only had one night to spend there. We only ate breakfast even though they do offer dinner if you want it. After eating dinner in Virginia city, I recommend having dinner at the Bed & Breakfast. Their food was great. The orange juice was fresh squeezed by John and delicious. I would recommend this bed and breakfast if you are travelling to Virginia City.
