We did not get breakfast as we stayed in a cabin, so I cannot speak of the dining experience. The cabin was gorgeous, from the furnishings, to the screened in porch with a stunning view of the mountains and the Yellowstone river. I would suggest the owners provide guests with markers from the highway in order to locate this hideaway retreat.
Thank you for your informative email. Most of all thank you again for choosing our Bed and Breakfast and Vacation Homes location in the country next to Yellowstone Park (north entrance) We are between mile marker 26 and 27 and it is listed on our web site directions. I am very sorry you did not see it, as country settings can be difficult to find. May the beginning of soon a new Season be yours to enjoy!

Carol and Pete provided an charming and relaxing space after we camped in Yellowstone. The breakfasts were delicious and HUGE, but don't expect to participate in a "conversation" around the table - Carol is mostly interested in espousing her own stories and trite philosophies of life, despite her claims to love "getting to know" her guests. Pete is adorable, and will want to show you his version of "reality TV" - his video camera trained on an osprey nest. A lovely place to stay as long as you're not intent on becoming besties with the owners.

We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed their suggestion of checking out a nearby hotspring pool. Breakfast was great and they were incredibly welcoming. We were welcomed back from our swimming with ice cream sundaes. Great stay!

A wonderful haven along the Yellowstone. Pete & Carol have the magic touch of creating a home away from home atmosphere, with lovely rooms, great food and the gift of warm and gracious hospitality.

The cabin was comfortable, clean and had everything needed, including a clothes washer and dryer. We stayed two nights. We say an as prey pluck a fish out of the river and saw them nesting with they closed circuit camera in the office. We saw foxes, including 3 or 4 kits, frolicking near a brush pile across the river and many other birds. The place was conveniently located near what we wanted to see. Great time.

Mother nature calls us to the wilds of Montana and Yellowstone Park each day. Some days it is listening and watching the Eagles, Osprey, White pelicans, Rocky Mountain Bluebirds, Goldfinch, etc. Other days, it is the friendship of Montana neighbors, guests from all parts of the World to enjoy Yellowstone and Montana. Downhill, Crosscountry skiing, fishing, rafting the Yellowstone River, hiking and riding riding horses with wildflowers next to rushing tributaries leading to the River. ETC...
