This modern house in Western Lodge motif is comfy, the setting is priceless and Josie is a good cook. What's more, she gives accurate driving directions and knows the area well.

During the summer you may breakfast outdoors....its lovely.Josie'sd B&B is open and airy with lots of natural light, relax in the great room.
This room has a cozy queen size bed complete with a down comforter and a skylight for star gazing and a view of the forested hillside.This room has two comfortable twin beds with soft down comforters and a skylight for star gazing.
Enjoy our lovely summer flowers and country views.
Winter afternoons are gorgeous....Elk grazing on our hillside in the early spring.
Sunrise on the Spanish Peaks is amazing! Enjoy this view while having your morning coffee.
