History comes to life at a nostalgic 1891 working ranch and farm in the midst of the breathtaking Ozarks country, only 30 minutes from Branson or Eureka Springs, and minutes to Table Rock Lake marinas, Lake Taneycomo, and Roaring River. We are an eco leader and continuously evolve how we make travel and living sustainable. Processed foods are not served and all breakfasts are made from scratch with natural ingredients.

Although we had a short stay this time, the experience could not have been better. The rooms are nice, the breakfast was hearty and wonderful. The owners are personable and customer oriented. Overall, excellent!

I had driven by this b&b several times and never noticed it. The room was wonderful. They had wine and fruit waiting. Everything was very clean and our hosts were very nice. Breakfast was very tasty. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We are from Boulder, Colorado and are very picky about "Ranch" stays. Kathy & Tom made our stay 'fun and interesting!!' They had great advice for Lake and Historic tours as well. 10 out of 10 for these Coloradans!!!

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our get away weekend at the Heritage Ranch. Tom and Kathy were so friendly and accommodating!! There are tons of sitting areas outside to relax and enjoy. The room was well furnished and provided everything we could want. Can't wait to get back!!

For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to re-book your room for another guest, a full refund will be provided, less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation will receive no refund unless the room is able to be rebooked; in this case a 10% handling fee will be charged and 90% of your room fee will be refunded. A special cancellation policy exists for groups or individuals reserving two rooms or more for any given date. This policy extends the cancellation notification period from 10 days to 30 days and all above fees and conditions apply.
