You will step back in time when you experience the Victorian Charm and Elegance! High Street Victorian Bed and Breakfast was built in 1880 but provides the accommodations of the 21st century. It combines Victorian elegance with fine furnishings, antiques, and light filled rooms.
Superbly located a half block from the Katy Trail near the foot of the Boonville bridge, and the waterfront, in the Historic District.
High street is just steps away from local attractions, antiques, hiking or biking the Katy Trail, shopping, or you can sit on the beautiful porch or court yard reading and relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Close to everything! 20 miles to Columbia, and the MIZZOU, 14 miles to Rocheport, Les Bourgeois Vineyards, 100 miles to Kansas City, and 125 miles to St. Louis. There are endless possibilities!

Just two hours west of St Louis and 1 hour east of Kansas City off of I-70. Take the Booville Exit 103, and go north through downtown Boonville. Turn Right at the foot of the Boonville bridge onto High Street. We are the 3rd house on the Left, across from the Court house.

Cancellations:
Room reservation cancellation notice for reservations received ten (10) or more days before your reservation date a refund of the reservation deposit less a 10% handling charge will be given, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used on a future date. When a cancellation is received with nine days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the party will be charged for the entire cost of the reserved night(s) unless we are able to re-book the room for all nights reserved. If the room is rebooked, a refund will be given less a 10% handling charge. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay. Note: On Holidays, Event or Festival weekends, cancellation must be received 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival date. If less than thirty days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the party will be charged the entire cost of the reserved night(s) unless we are able to rebook the room(s) for all nights reserved. if the room(s) is rebooked, a refund will be given less a 10% handling charge. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay.
