Group Reservation Cancellation There will be no cancellation penalty if you notify us of cancellation forty-five (45) days or more before your arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than forty-five (45) days before your arrival date, and the rooms are re-booked, there will be no cancellation penalty other than the 5% credit card processing fee. Additionally, if cancellation occurs less than forty-five (45) days before your arrival date and the rooms are not re-booked, we reserve the right to invoke a cancellation penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation.
