What a nice surprise to find how wonderful it was to stay at Cedarcroft. It was like being at home, where the food and hospitality spoil you, yet we felt far away almost as if it were lost in the mountains of Colorado. The birds and the river make it so nostalgic. What a great time we had...we especially loved being able to make our own fire to go to sleep to :)

This was a perfect place for a surprise getaway. Taking the train made it even more special. Bill & Sandra graciously picked us up at the station and took us back when we departed. The place was everything we had imagined. Seclusion and amenities. The food was wonderful and there was so much of it!!! We loved our stay and hope to go back soon........by train!!!!

We stayed at the cottage last night for our anniversary. We would definitely recommend this place!!!! Sandra and Bill were awesome!! We were very impressed with the service and the cottage. Sandra gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. The cottage was very clean and put together. The details listed on the website were all correct. This was totally worth the money. We were VERY impressed.

Wonderful little get-away! Came here to celebrate our marriage. Owners bent over backward to make our stay was unforgettable and romantic. They were a great resource on what to do and had some precious gifts to enhance our honeymoon. The tub for two was fabulous! They also had a shower for two as well...truly amazing. I think we spent more time in there than anywhere. The king size bed was very spacious. The cottage was well stocked with numerous snacks from fresh baked goods, chocolates, drinks, fresh fruit, etc. You will not go hungry! You want for nothing. Romantic, eclectic and unique. Definitely worth a visit if you are trying to get away from the world and try something new.
