      6 pears, almost ripened
      3/4 cup fresh cranberries
      1/2 stick butter
      1/2 cup brown sugar
      1/2 cup white wine
      canned whipped cream about 1/4 c for each serving

      Peel and cut pears into small pieces.
      Chop cranberries into small bits.
      Melt butter in a saute pan.
      Add pears, cranberies, brown sugar and wine.
      Cook on low heat for about 10 minuntes
      **Until pears are tender not mushy.
      Spoon on squirt whipped cream in a crystal champagne glass.
      Add warm pear mixture.
      The mixture will start to bubble over the cream.
      Serve warm.

      Make 6 servings.

      Two week cancellation policy; 72 hour cancellation for corporate stays; For multiple rooms, extended stays and special events a 30 day cancelation is required for a refund.
