- Minimum stay required (2 night minimum on major holiday weekends and October weekends)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets (Boarding kennels are available in nearby Columbia)
- Limitations on children staying (No children,including infants, under 10 years of age)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Wine and beer is available locally)
- Deposit amount required (Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night’s room rate, including applicable taxes, charged to a valid credit card. Balance for additional nights is payable at check-in.)

- Check in time is 4- 6 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
If a reservation is cancelled at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, a refund of the reservation deposit less a 10% handling charge will be given, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used on a future date. When a cancellation is received with 9 days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the party will be charged for the entire cost of the reserved night(s) unless we are able to re-book the room for all nights reserved. If the room is rebooked, a refund will be given less a 10% handling charge. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay.
