- Cancellations:
We are a small inn, so the income from each of our 4 rooms is essential to our existence. For this reason, we require 10 days advance notification to cancel your reservation. If a reservation is cancelled at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, a refund of the reservation amount less a 10% handling charge will be given, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used on a future date. When a cancellation is received with 9 days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date guest is responsible for entire cost of stay unless we are able to re-book the room for all nights reserved. If the room is re-booked, a refund will be given less a 10% handling charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you do not show for your reservation, you will be charged for the entire cost of the reserved night(s). - Accepted by the following agencies:
