Pros: great place to stay if you have a large group of people. you basically get a whole house, so it's more economical than a hotel for several people. great places for just hanging out and lounging. centrally located to the downtown area. there are several units all within walking distance of each other. units were stocked with a continental breakfast. when we locked our self out someone was there to help us right away. Cons: one of the yards had fleas. one of the units our group had (the one i stayed in) had a weak AC that had a hard time keeping the house cool during the heat of the day.

I stayed at this BB for one month during a 20 inch snowstorm. The owner and her son provided snow removal and even helped me to dig out my vehicle. They both were very responsive when I needed assistance with local information. I highly recommend this facility for your stay.

Our group had a wonderful time staying at the B&B! It felt like home and very relaxing. The hostess was very accommodating to our needs. If we travel to Marshall again we would definitly stay there!

We loved the ambiance but the hot water runs out quickly, faucets have poor water pressure, and the mattresses should all be replaced.

We had lots of space to work in! The houses were nice and big but they do need alittle work. We had a plumbing problem that we were not warned about before. It was nice to have everyone close together. We used 4 houses! It was much nicer then a hotel!!!!!
