This delightful farmhouse, built in 1908, is located just 2 miles outside of town. A bubbling creek runs behind the house and can be viewed close up with a short walk to The Low Water Bridge. Enjoy the many area attractions, such as the antique shops, carriage rides, Fort Davidson, Elephant Rocks, Taum Sauk Mountain, Johnson's Shut-Inns, Black River float trips and the Ozark Trail.

-Take I-55 south about 22 miles (from I-270) to Exit 174B.
-Take US-67 south about 35.5 miles past Bonne Terre & Park Hills to Hwy 221(1 mile south of MO-32 Farmington exit).
-Turn right (west) on Hwy 221 to MO-21.
-Take MO-21 south about 2 miles to MO-72 junction.
-Take MO-72 east; you will pass Hwy JJ about 1.5 miles out. Continue another.5 miles east on MO-72.
-House is on the north side (left) of hwy and sign is out front. All check-ins at the Plain & Fancy house. - Nearest major airport: St. Louis, MO (STL-Lambert-St. Louis Intl.) 110 miles

The cottage is both Children & Pet Freindly.
