Pam French, on-site hostess, will make you feel right at home! She loves to cook, and is expert at making guests feel comfortable and pampered. Kim Morgan, owner and part-time hostess of Woodstock Inn, is a teacher, writer, filmmaker, and adventurer. She travels the world, bringing back treasures and stories from far-flung places. These treasures, stories, and pictures are reflected in the unique character of the rooms and suites.

Thanks so much for the wonderful weekend! The room was beautiful, food was delicious, and you were very hospitable & accommodating. Unlike, when we stay in a hotel. We had nice soft towels and robes as well as 2-ply bath tissue. We will, definitely recommend Woodstock Inn to our friends. Thanks so much, May God bless you with many more customers. Love , M & K

This was a delightful spot in the heart of Independence, close to downtown and the Truman library and homes. We had a great stay. Pam's breakfasts were great and she went out of her way to help us out especially since it was a very busy Labor Day weekend in town, which we did not expect. Her care and guidance were most appreciated! Would definitely recommend this one to anyone in the Independence, MO area.

We wanted a quiet getaway and we got it here. Pam the Manager was a gem. She spoiled us with hospitality, good food and good conversation. We had never stayed at a B&B before and we will definitely do so again after this experience. The room was very nice and the jet tub was the best, next to the most comfortable bed I have slept in at an out of town getaway. Highly recommend this place.

We drove up to this beautiful home, stepped inside to the smell of fresh cookies, people enjoying cards at a grand dining table & amazing features! The stay was beautiful-the spa tub was luxurious, Pam was warm & friendly and made us feel welcome & pampered. We hated to have to leave. This place is on our 'we must go back' list. Thanks!

We decided to make the 5 hour trip to KC to celebrate our anniversary and found this B&B on the internet. We were not disappointed with the Woodstock and loved our stay here. The rooms, of those we sneaked a peek, were just like the pictures and the French Boudior was a perfect room for our occasion. The owners and staff were the best part-very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet. We hope to visit this B&B sometime in the near future and will recommend it to friends and family. We loved our trip to KC and had a great anniversary!
