Cobbler Room & Cottage B&B & Massage

  • Inn Details

Park your car and walk to two wineries, restaurants and bars. Listed on the registry of historical homes, this beautiful half timber, half brick home dates back to the early 1840's. Timbers with holes where ropes once linked them together are a reminder of river transportation years ago. In the 1800's, the home was owned by a shoe cobbler, Friedrick Kraemer. Enjoy the beautiful rock and flower garden. Nancy is a massage therapist, so ask about getting a massage!

We stayed in the cottage. It was very cute and homey. The privacy was nice. The breakfast was good, but nothing spectacular. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Checking in was simple and they provided a detailed map of where to go and where not to go. They accomidate our bikes in thier back yard as well. Our privacy was never an issue and the service and food was spectacular! My husband and I have stayed at B&B's in the past and we highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Very simple, clean somewhat outdated cottage. But, it was restful and Nancy gives fantastic massage. The claw foot tub was my favorite, really enjoyed a relaxing bathing experience after the massage. Nancy had recommended Stone Hill Winery restaraunt 1847. Dinner was excellent. The next morning, Nancy served a wonderful breakfast, delivered to the cottage for us. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Would certainly stay there again.
