My husband and I had our first bed and breakfast stay here at Hermann for a birthday celebration. The owners were fantastic about everything! The breakfast was the best we have had and service was wonderful! I had special diet needs and they went far above and beyond for me to have some yummy treats too. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be wowed in Hermann! Amy S

For our second stay at Abigail's, my wife and I decided to experience Octoberfest in Hermann. We stayed at Abigail's in the summer of 2013 and loved it. Laurie and Gary are excellent hosts and always ready to help out in any way they can. The breakfasts and evening snacks are delicious. They are real diet breakers, so you have to be prepared for a lot of excellent food. The room was just as meticulously decorated and maintained as it had been the summer before. It is obvious that Laurie and Gary are dedicated to making their guests comfortable, well fed, and well informed about activities taking place in and around Hermann.

We just returned from our weekend in Hermann and greatly enjoyed our stay with Laurie and Gary at Abagail's. Our room was immaculate and the food was amazing. Dessert in the evening was a treat to return to and breakfast was always delicious! Definitely a top notch B&B and can't wait to return.

Laurie and her husband are two of the most considerate and caring people that you will ever meet. They bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. Laurie was even able to modify her cooking to accommodate my food allergy. My wife and I would love to stay there again some day.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at Abigails. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal as was the dessert every evening. Laurie and Gary were very inviting and informative on everything to do around the surrounding area. Our room the Schiller Strasse Parlor Suite was so beautiful. We will definitely be recommending this B & B to our friends and family. We look forward to coming again in the near future.

My wife and I decided to take our 5 year anniversary trip to Hermann over Labor Day weekend 2014. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Abigail and she gave us a detailed 'don't miss' itinerary of Hermann which was exactly what we needed! Our room was greatly designed and detailed, very private (felt like our own apartment), it had a wonderful neutral smell, the AC worked brilliantly as it was a warm weekend! I'd say the part we most enjoyed was the quaint back patio as we sat out back with a bottle of wine in the eve and the next morning enjoyed a plentiful and amazing french toast with summer berries breakfast and coffee. Abigails offered an 11am checkout so we didn't feel rushed and then offered to hold our luggage until our train arrived that evening. Abigails is in the heart of Hermann and shouldn't be missed by anyone stopping through Missouri Wine Country! Cheers, Chris Kansas City
